Can I specify the products I want?

Please let us know your desired products (items you want to include more of) and unwanted products beforehand. We will accommodate your request to the best of our ability.

Can I purchase only specific items, such as toys or figures?

Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill such requests as the containers will be a mix of various types of products.

Is it possible to request a specific ratio for the container, like 30% furniture and 70% other items?

This may be possible depending on stock availability.

Can I request a container without furniture?

At the moment, it is difficult to provide containers without furniture, but this depends on stock availability. Please inquire for updates.

Can I purchase just one item?

We only sell by 40ft HQ containers. (20ft containers are negotiable.)

Are all the products second-hand?

The majority of items are second-hand, but some may be unused items (new old stock, still in unopened packaging).

What is the price for a 40ft HQ container?

Prices vary depending on shipping costs at the time. Please contact us for a quote.

What is the average weight of goods in a 40ft HQ container?

The average weight is approximately 9–10 tons, depending on the product composition.

Is post-payment accepted?

Payment terms are either 50% T/T in advance and 50% T/T against the Bill of Lading, or 100% T/T in advance.

Are the terms of trade limited to C&F (Cost and Freight)?

C&F is the standard, but FOB (Free on Board) is also available upon request.

Can you offer a container including customs duties?

This is not possible. Since customs duties vary by country, it is difficult for us to calculate them from Japan. Please consult a local broker or customs agent in your country.

Can you provide a packing list for the container in advance?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an accurate packing list until the items are loaded. However, we can share sample packing lists from past shipments for reference.

How long does it take for the container to arrive at the destination port after loading?

It depends on the destination port, but it usually takes 3–4 weeks to Southeast Asia. Weather and other factors may affect shipping time, so please place your order well in advance.

Can I visit your warehouse?

Yes, you can. Please inform us of your preferred date and time in advance.
